| | Posted: | | | | When I visit my online collection for the past couple of months or so, the listing of the disc titles on the left is complete, but the right side of the page - usually the box art and other details - is taken up by a runtime error message (screenshot below). I don't see this topic anywhere else on the forums, so I suspect I'm doing something wrong. I did migrate DVD Profiler to my new computer about a month ago, using my collection backup file, and the new machine uses Windows 11, if that shines any light on it.  |

On your computer, if you attempt to view contributors, for those profiles you will receive the same thing. Mentioned in several thread in the Desktop Technical Support sub-forum.
